We deeply value Integrity, Kindness and Effort (IKE). IKE plays an important role in how our organisation works day to day as well as how we interact with you and how you interact with each other. We challenge each other to live these values more fully each day so they are part of a living culture.

Our students put a lot of trust in us when they study at our schools. You quit jobs, borrow money, move cities and we ask you to give this opportunity everything you’ve got. You trust that we will help you get the skills and capabilities you need to join the tech industry. We honour that trust and as long as a past, present or future student is acting with Integrity, Kindness and Effort we do not give up on you, ever.

We live in a society with entrenched discrimination, and opportunities to participate in our economy are not distributed evenly. We acknowledge the cultural and systemic biases that exist and are deeply committed to overcoming them and giving everyone a fair go. We measure our student demographics and take action to attract people from underrepresented groups to our programme.
